    The physical properties of UPE are very prominent, mainly manifested in wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and impact energy absorption. It is generally recognized that its comprehensive performance is the highest plastic variety.

    1. Wear resistance: the highest among all engineering plastics, which is 1/4 of POM and 1/8 of carbon steel;

    2. Impact resistance: It is also the highest among plastics, 6 times that of ABS, and it still performs well at minus 70°C;

    3. Self-lubricating property: equivalent to PTFE, about 50% lower than POM, but the price is more favorable;

    4. Corrosion resistance: it has extremely high acid, alkali and gas corrosion resistance;

    5. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly: UPE is hygienic and non-toxic, and is a good medical material;

    6. Comprehensive temperature characteristics: it can be used stably at -200°C to +80°C;
